
History
In 1991, Mike Lane, founder and president, began his career in the printer
repair business. He started as a technician trainee and went on to create
and manage an entire service department. His employers were all toner
cartridge resellers who added a service function as a side business
based on customer demand.
After managing this business for many years, Mike began to realize that
in order to truly provide high quality printer repair and maintenance,
the company must be focused on that business alone.
In 1999, Mike launched Printer Perfection, based on the idea that printers
are business critical and clients require fast service that is completed
correctly the first time.
